Oakland, CA – Starting Thursday, December 16, the Covid Clinic in downtown Oakland at Frank Ogawa Plaza will re-open to the public. Covid Clinic also operates a second site in Fruitvale; hours of operation at the Fruitvale clinic have changed effective today, as detailed below. No appointment is necessary at either clinic.

To help address the housing crisis in Oakland, the State of California recently awarded the City of Oakland approximately $215 million to support the development of 547 deeply affordable housing rental units. The awards came from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (CA HCD) and California Strategic Growth Council.
